Worthing Music and Arts Festival is a charity whose purpose is to hold or promote an annual competitive music and arts festival and to encourage the education of the public in the arts We collect information about you for legitimate purposes that are in our interest to maintain and update our list of Members Information required will include:

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the address detailed below; there may be a small charge for this service. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you consider inaccurate, and if you consider WMAAF has failed in its obligations you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate body. The information will be held for as long as you are a fully paid member, or for a maximum of three years thereafter, after which it will be permanently deleted; unless you give instructions to the contrary.
Although we will try to run all classes, if sufficient entries are not received we reserve the right to cancel classes and return fees paid.
